• All orders are processed and embroidered within 1–3 working days.
• During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 

2. Delivery

• We offer free UK delivery on all orders, no matter how many items you purchase.
• Delivery time via Royal Mail is typically 2–4 working days.
• Total expected timeline: 3–7 working days from order to arrival.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• You cover the return postage; we send the replacement item free

Non-returnable items:
• Personalised/custom items (names, initials, etc.)
• Items that show signs of wear​​​

 

4. Product Appearance & Embroidery

All Gym Hoodie logos and embellishments are embroidered, not printed.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Embroidery size, stitch detail, placement, and colour may vary slightly depending on garment size, fabric, and the embroidery process.

These minor variations are normal and are not considered faults.

Returns Related to Appearance

Returns are not accepted for minor variations in embroidery size, placement, or appearance where the product matches the description.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within the returns period.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect:

3. Include your order number + photos of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost.
