Shipping Information

We process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
Gym Hoodie® cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • Free from marks, damage, or odour

  • Returned in original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once confirmed, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement
    or

  • Issue a full refund
